How to cancel Lovescape and confirm renewal has stopped

To cancel a Lovescape subscription, open the account that holds the subscription, go to its subscription settings, complete the cancellation flow and save the resulting renewal status. The useful endpoint is a record that future renewal has stopped, rather than simply closing the account page.

Lovescape’s Premium help page says subscriptions renew automatically, cancellation is available through account settings, and access continues until the end of the billing period. We checked that documentation on October 7, 2026. We have not completed a cancellation in a paid account, so this guide distinguishes the documented starting point from our own verification checklist.

Record the subscription before changing it

Begin with the receipt and the account that made the purchase. Someone who uses several email addresses can easily open a free account while the paid membership is attached to another. Match the receipt to the account before concluding that the cancellation control is missing.

Make a small private note with the plan name, next renewal date, amount and currency shown, and payment reference. Write the full date instead of “next month.” If the interface shows a time zone, include it. This is a record of your own purchase, not a universal Lovescape price list. Offers and billing periods can differ.

Keep these notes on your own device. When sharing a screenshot with support, crop unrelated conversations and hide full card numbers, passwords and other accounts. A billing reference is more useful than sending your complete conversation history.

Use the documented account route

The official Premium guide describes opening the profile icon at the upper right and then the Subscription section. It also places cancellation in account settings. Start there and follow the cancellation control actually shown to your account. The public guide does not document every confirmation-screen label; we do not invent a final button name or a number of steps.

1. Sign in to the account matched to your receipt.
2. Open the profile menu and Subscription settings.
3. Check that the displayed plan is the one you intend to stop renewing.
4. Follow the available cancellation flow and read its final confirmation.
5. Return to the subscription screen and save the new status and access-end date, if shown.

If your receipt identifies a different billing provider, use that provider’s documented subscription-management route. Do not assume an App Store or Google Play subscription exists just because you used Lovescape on a phone. This article verifies the website documentation, not separate mobile-store billing arrangements.

Check three separate outcomes

Cancellation, remaining access and a refund answer different questions. Keep them as separate lines in your record. A screen that still lets you chat does not, by itself, establish that renewal remains enabled: Lovescape documents continued access through the paid period.

Save the confirmation immediately, then reopen the subscription screen once to check that the state persists. If the wording is contradictory, stop treating the action as complete and ask support to confirm it. Repeatedly clicking unrelated controls can make your record harder to interpret.

Handle Chips as a separate balance

Lovescape’s Chips documentation describes purchased Chips as non-refundable and non-expiring, and says only active subscribers can purchase them. It also identifies Token History as the place to inspect activity. That does not establish which functions an inactive subscriber can use with an existing balance.

Before cancelling, note the balance and any pending transaction questions. Ask support about post-subscription usability if that would change your decision. Do not buy more Chips just to “protect” a balance, and do not rush to spend them solely because you are cancelling: the available documentation does not supply a reason to do either.

Use a focused support request when the state is unclear

Use the official Lovescape support form if you cannot find a cancellation control, cannot match the account, or see conflicting renewal information. The following is our original request template. Replace the bracketed fields with your own records and remove any line that does not apply.

I want to stop future renewal of the subscription associated with [account identifier]. The plan screen currently says [exact status], with renewal on [date and time zone shown]. I attempted cancellation on [date]. My purchase reference is [reference]. Please confirm whether renewal is disabled, the final date of paid access, and whether any further action is required. I have attached a cropped screenshot of the relevant subscription screen.

If you are also questioning a charge, add its date, amount and currency as a separate paragraph. Ask for the outcome of that charge review rather than assuming that the cancellation request includes a refund request. Keep the support reference with the confirmation record so a later reply can be matched to the same issue.

Decide about account deletion separately

If your goal is to leave entirely, first establish the subscription status and preserve the records you need. Then use the provider’s current account or privacy controls for any deletion request. Do not use disappearance of the profile or deletion of a browser shortcut as your proof that billing has stopped.

Finish with a compact cancellation record

• The account and receipt match.
• The cancellation flow reached a clear final outcome.
• The saved record states whether renewal is off.
• The access-end date is recorded or explicitly still awaiting clarification.
• Chips questions and any refund request are tracked separately.
• Any unresolved issue has a support reference and a next check date.

An example of a useful note is: “Cancellation confirmed on [date]; access until [date shown]; no new renewal shown; Chips usability question pending under [ticket].” This is a blank reporting pattern, not a completed cancellation or a promise about your account.
