Cancel JOI AI: renewal and refunds are different

The cancellation policy directs users to Settings, then My Subscriptions, to select a subscription and complete the on-screen process. It treats cancellation and monetary refunds separately. Confirm the effective date in your account and keep evidence that renewal has been stopped.

If the expected control is missing, check that you are in the account used for the purchase and contact official support with the receipt details. Avoid sending a password or complete card number. The receipt and the subscription name are more useful than an unrelated screenshot of the homepage.
